How to reach us
OnlyHire.ai is a staffing agency for digital employees. They cover one job inside a small business, like the calls nobody is picking up right now. It's a new venture from My Founding Partner. Two ways to reach us work today: the phone and the email below. The email goes to Jimmy, at a My Founding Partner address, because that's the company OnlyHire came out of. There's a third route, the designer on the homepage. Read the note under it before you count on it.
Call
(346) 399-9996.
If you get voicemail, leave your name, your trade, and the job you're trying to cover.
jimmy@myfoundingpartner.com. A two-line question is fine; so is a pasted job description.
An email skips the site completely. It isn't run through the designer, and none of the site's code ever sees it.
Or design the job first
The designer on the homepage asks ten questions, or takes a job description you paste, and drafts the role on screen before it asks for a name or an email. The draft is written by software from what you typed.
What you type does reach our server at that point, when you finish the last question and before the name-and-email step, because that's what drafts it. Where it goes from there is on the privacy page.
The send at the end doesn't deliver yet. As of September 2026 we're not taking placements yet, and nothing is switched on behind that button. The page tells you so on the spot, and it writes the email for you to send yourself, with your answers and the first part of anything you pasted already in it. A long job description gets trimmed to what a mail program will carry, and that email goes out through your own account, not through us.
When sending is switched on, a plan submitted there also creates a record on our side. A call or an email doesn't. The privacy page says what that record is.
What you can do today: call, or run the designer and keep the draft. It writes the role on screen whether or not anything can be sent.
What happens next
A person reads what arrives. Email, and the pre-filled email you send from your own account, lands in one inbox. No queue, no ticket number.
We're not putting a response time on this page, because we haven't earned one yet. When we can hit one every time, it goes here and in the confirmation email at the same time.
Expect questions before anything else: what happens right now when the phone rings at six, and who covers it.
One thing not to send
No passwords and no account logins. Nothing on this site asks for them, and nothing we need in order to answer a question requires one.
