It never pretends to be a person.
It says it's an AI assistant, not a person, in its first sentence, and in the signature of anything it writes. Ask for a person and you get one, free.

Nothing leaves your house until you say so.
It starts with no ability to send. For the first two weeks it organises, drafts and proposes, and you approve or edit every item before anything goes out. Sending is switched on in writing, by you, after those two weeks. Silence is never taken as approval.

No card on file, no bank login, no way to message your children: the permission is never granted, so the rule can't be talked around. You sign the written list of what stays with you. Outside it, it texts the person you named and waits.

Emails, web pages and replies are material to work from, never orders to follow. If something it reads contains text aimed at it, telling it to send, to change a rule or to skip a check, it stops, quotes that text to a person, and waits.

The questions a household asks first.
Will it talk to my kids?
No. No permission to message a child is ever granted, so there is nothing to talk around. Anything about a child goes to the parent you named.
Will it talk to my doctor, or the school, as me?
No. Every message to a third party is a draft you send. If a duty ever lets it send, you switched that on in writing, and it says it’s an AI assistant in the first sentence of anything it sends.
We’re an Apple house. Does that matter?
Yes. Today it has no way to reach iCloud calendars, Reminders or iMessage. The record moves to a Google or Outlook calendar, the channel is WhatsApp or Telegram, and we say so on the call before anything is built.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
The Friday Report carries a line for mistakes found and fixed. In the first two weeks Jimmy reads every action daily and corrects it the same day; after that, weekly.
Is my health and money information safe with you?
It logs only what you dictate, into your own calendar, sheet or notes. It never reads a patient portal or a bank login, and the money tools it can see cannot move money. What it holds, and for how long, is written into the agreement before anything is built.
You’re new. What does that cost me?
No households to show you yet, no case study, and the liability terms live in the agreement. Ask before you sign, not after.
