Privacy Policy

The short version

• We collect what you type into the designer and the contact boxes.
• Our host sees your IP address and browser; your browser fetches our fonts from Google.
• No cookies, analytics, ad pixels or session recorder.
• Your answers leave your browser when you finish the tenth question, before you give your name.
• Your job description and answers go to Anthropic, the company behind Claude, to draft the preview. Your name, email and phone do not.
• A submission is stored in our inbox, our CRM, the mail provider's copy and our host's logs. Nothing expires on its own.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

What we collect, and when

Browsing. The search box and industry filter run in your browser; nothing typed there leaves it.

The ten questions. They ask about your business or household, the work not getting done, who does it today, what it should do, and how you'd know it worked.

Then: hours and volume, the systems or apps involved, what it must never do, who it hands to, and the ideal hire's background. Nine are required; the hand-off can be skipped.

• Some answers can name other people, like a colleague, a partner or a child's school. Describe the job, not the person.
• You can paste a job description or pick a .txt file, read in your browser (first 15,000 characters). PDF and Word files aren't read; nothing is uploaded.
• When you finish the last question, the job description and all ten answers go to our server, before you are asked for your name.
• The site never asks for a password, an API key or a login.

Sending the plan. Business side: email, name, business name, website, phone and title. Personal side: email, name, best time to reach you, phone and city. Only the email is required.

Sending adds the industry or area you picked, which side you were on, your answers, the pasted text and the drafted preview.

The AI step

The preview is drafted by Claude, from Anthropic.

• Sent: your pasted job description (up to 15,000 characters) and your ten answers (up to 600 characters each).
• When: as you finish the last question, before you give your name. There is no separate consent step, which is why it is stated here and named under the questions.
• Not sent: your name, email, phone, business name or website. Names inside your answers are sent as typed.
• We don't train or build models. What Anthropic keeps, and for how long, is set by its terms and our account settings.

The preview is a draft. A person finalizes every plan.

What we use it for

• To draft the preview.
• So a person can read it and reply with a plan and a price.
• To keep a record of who asked and when, in our CRM.

Never for advertising, and never sold.

Who else sees it

• Vercel (hosting): every request, including your IP address and browser, plus our function logs.
• Anthropic: your job description and ten answers, not your contact details.
• Resend (email delivery): the email to us carries everything you sent; your confirmation carries your address, first name and the drafted role title.
• Microsoft: hosts the myfoundingpartner.com mailbox that receives it.
• ClickFunnels (our CRM): your email, name, industry or area, side, role title, path and date, tagged onlyhire_lead plus onlyhire_hire_plan or onlyhire_life_plan. Never your job description or answers. The account is My Founding Partner LLC's.
• Google: serves our fonts on every page load, which shows it your IP address, browser and page.

No analytics company, ad network, data broker or session recorder. We hand information over only when legally required, and tell you if we are allowed to.

What gets logged

• One line per submission, before the email is sent: your name, email, industry or area, side, path, role title and time. If the email fails, your request is not lost.
• Your email again, on the line recording whether the CRM save or each email worked.
• The AI step logs the role title, the side, whether anything was pasted, and the answer count. Never your words.
• Your job description and answers are never logged.
• Our code does not record your IP address, browser or referring page.

How long it is kept

Nothing expires on its own.

• Our inbox (Microsoft-hosted): until a person deletes it.
• Your confirmation email: as long as you keep it.
• The ClickFunnels record: until someone deletes it.
• Resend and Vercel logs: on their schedules, which we have not yet read. A written log line cannot be pulled back.

Jimmy will set a deletion window for our inbox and CRM, and record Resend's and Vercel's windows here, by 31 October 2026. Want it gone sooner? Ask, and we confirm when it's done.

Cookies and browser storage

• No cookies, so no cookie banner.
• Nothing in local storage, session storage or any browser database.
• No analytics, tag manager, ad pixel, session recorder, heatmap or chat widget.
• Your answers live in page memory. Reload or press "Start over" and they're gone from your browser; anything already sent after the tenth question is not.

Security

• The site is served over HTTPS.
• Files are never uploaded, and it never asks for a password, key or login.
• It has no database, but what you send rests in an inbox, a CRM, the mail provider's copy and a hosting log, and any of those could be breached.
• Where it is processed: no hosting region is set yet; the AI step runs wherever Anthropic serves our account. Jimmy will pin the region and record Anthropic's region and retention here by 31 October 2026.

If a submission fails

The site offers to open your own email program with your answers and the first 2,000 characters of your job description. Nothing goes until you press send, and it travels through your provider, not us.

Email and calls from us

• One confirmation email per submission.
• Your address is tagged in our CRM so the submission can be found. That is not a subscription; anything else we send would be your choice, with an unsubscribe link.
• This site never calls you.

If the business changes hands

If OnlyHire is sold or merged, these records move with it, and this page will name the new holder.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. Describe the job, not the child; if a child has sent us something, email us and it is deleted.

Your rights

Email or call and we will:

• Tell you what we hold.
• Correct it.
• Delete it from the inbox and the CRM, and stop using it. Log lines already written age out on the host's schedule.

Changes to this page

The date at the top is the last change. A change in who receives your information is described here, not just dated.
