The short version

We collect what you type into the designer and the contact boxes. Two things happen without you typing anything: our hosting company receives your IP address and browser because it has to send you the page, and your browser fetches our typefaces from Google.
No cookies. No analytics. No advertising pixels. No session recorder. Nothing is written to your browser.
Your answers leave your browser when you finish the tenth question — before you are asked for your name or your email, and before you press send.
When the AI drafting step is switched on, your pasted job description and your ten answers go to Anthropic, the company behind Claude, so it can draft the role preview. Your name, email and phone do not.
There is no database. What you send arrives as an email in an inbox, and, when contact filing is switched on, as a tagged contact record in a marketing CRM. Neither expires on its own.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it.

Three switches

Email delivery, AI drafting and contact filing are settings we control. Each can be off, and turning one on is a settings change, not a new version of the site. Where a section below says "when X is on," it describes what happens only while that setting is on.

One of the three you can check for yourself rather than take our word for it. When email delivery is off, the site cannot accept a submission: pressing send returns a message saying so, and the home page carries the line "We are not taking placements yet." AI drafting and contact filing have no such signal on the page. When we switch either of those on, this page is updated and the change is noted at the bottom.

If email delivery is off when you get here, the phone number and the email address at the bottom of this page still work.

What we collect, and exactly when

There are three moments, and it matters which one you are in.

Just looking around. The search box at the top and the industry list filter a file your browser has already downloaded, so what you type there stays on your machine. Two things happen anyway. Our host receives the request, because something has to send you the page. And your browser fetches our typefaces from Google — that one is a choice we made, not a law of the internet, and we could host the fonts ourselves instead. Both are covered below.

The ten questions. The designer asks about your business in one line (the example on screen asks for the trade, the size and the city), what is not getting done, who holds the job today, what the employee should do day to day, the number you would check on a Friday, the hours and rough volume, which of your systems it would work inside, what it must never do, who it hands to when it needs a human, and who your ideal hire would have been before. Nine of the ten are required. The hand-off question can be skipped.

You can paste a job description or pick a .txt file. A .txt is read inside your browser and its first 15,000 characters are pasted into the box. A PDF or Word file is not read at all; the site asks you to paste the text instead. No file is ever uploaded.
When you press the button on the last question, the job description and all ten answers are sent to our server. That happens before you are asked for your name or your email, and before you press send. If you close the tab at that point, the text has already left your browser.
Two of the questions collect information about people who are not you. The hand-off question asks for a colleague's name and how to reach them. The staffing question is about who currently does the job. Do not type anything there you would not put in an email to us.
The site does not ask for a password, an API key, or a login to any of your systems. It asks which systems the employee would work inside, not how to get into them.

Sending the plan. Six boxes: your name, your title, your business name, your website, your email and your phone. Only the email is required, and your browser only checks that it contains an @. Everything else can be left blank and the submission still goes.

Pressing "Send my hire plan" sends those six fields, the industry you picked, all ten answers, the pasted job description, and the drafted preview.

The AI step

The site can draft your role preview using Claude, an AI service run by Anthropic. When that step is switched on:

Your pasted job description, up to 15,000 characters, and every one of your ten answers, up to 600 characters each, are sent over the internet to Anthropic's API.
It happens the moment you finish the last question. Before you are asked for your name. Before you press send. There is no separate consent step in front of it, which is why it is written here.
Your name, email, phone, business name and website are not sent to Anthropic. Those are collected on the next screen and do not reach that step.
The words in your answers travel exactly as you typed them, cut only for length. Nothing is stripped out or redacted first.

When the AI step is off, the same preview is written by a keyword rule running inside your browser and nothing goes to Anthropic. Your answers still reach our server when you finish the last question either way — with the step off, they stop there. The screen looks the same whichever one wrote it, so this page is where you find out which is happening.

Either way, the preview is a draft, not the plan. A person finalizes every plan.

We don't train models — we don't build any. What Anthropic does with what it receives, including whether it keeps it and for how long, is set by their terms and by our account settings with them, not by anything on this page, so we are not going to make a promise on their behalf.

What we use it for

To draft the role preview you see on screen.
So a person here can read your submission and write back with a plan and a price.
To keep a record of who asked and when — a tagged contact record in the CRM named below, when contact filing is on.
To reply to you.

That is what it is for. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold.

Who else sees it

Vercel, our hosting company. Receives every request to the site, which includes your IP address, your browser and which page you asked for. That is inherent to serving a website. It also holds anything our code writes to its logs — see the next section.
Anthropic, when AI drafting is on. Receives the pasted job description and the ten answers. Not your name, email, phone, business name or website.
Resend, when email delivery is on. The service that carries both emails. The email to us contains everything you sent: the six contact fields, the industry, all ten answers, the full job description and the drafted preview. The email to you contains your address, your first name and the drafted role title.
Microsoft, which hosts the mailbox that email lands in. The mail records for myfoundingpartner.com point at Microsoft's servers, so the most complete copy of your submission that exists sits there.
ClickFunnels, when contact filing is on. Receives a contact record: your email address, your first and last name, the industry, the drafted role title, which path you took through the site, the date, and two tags marking the record as an OnlyHire enquiry — onlyhire_lead, plus onlyhire_hire_plan. It does not receive your job description; the code leaves it out. That record lands in the ClickFunnels account of My Founding Partner LLC, the company that trades as OnlyHire AI. The footer of every page says OnlyHire is a My Founding Partner venture; this page is where the CRM arrangement itself is spelled out.
Google, on every page load including this one. Your browser fetches our three typefaces from Google's font servers, which tells Google your IP address, your browser and the page you are on. No form content is involved. On a normal visit, nothing else goes to another company.

Those are the companies we send it to on purpose. There is no analytics company, no ad network, no data broker and no session recorder among them.

One more, which is not a choice: anyone we are legally required to hand it to — a subpoena, a court order, a law-enforcement demand. If that happens and we are allowed to tell you, we will.

What gets written into a log

When email delivery is on, our code writes one line into the host's function log for each submission, before it tries to send the email: your name, your email address, the industry, which path you took, the drafted role title and the time. This is deliberate. If the email fails, your request is not lost.
Your email address is written a second time on every accepted submission — on the line recording that the contact record saved, or, if that save fails or contact filing is switched off, on the line recording the failure. It is written again if the email to us fails, or if your confirmation email fails.
Your job description and your ten answers are not written to a log. Not on any path.
The AI step logs the drafted role title, the pay band, whether a job description was pasted, and how many answers there were. Not the words themselves.
When email delivery is off, a failed submission logs only that an attempt happened and when. Your email address is kept out of that line, because the screen tells you nothing was sent or stored, and logging your address would make that sentence false.
Our own code does not read or record your IP address, your browser or the page you came from. The host sees those as part of serving the page.

How long it is kept

There is no database, so what you send is not filed anywhere — it arrives as an email and sits in an inbox. Nothing expires on its own. Where it actually sits:

The email to us, in that inbox, until a person deletes it.
Your confirmation email, in your inbox, for as long as you keep it.
Resend carried both emails and holds its own copy on its own schedule. We have not configured that and have not checked the window, so we are not going to quote you one.
The ClickFunnels contact record, when contact filing is on, until it is deleted by hand.
The host's function log lines, on the hosting platform's schedule. Same answer: not ours, not checked, not quoted.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers. There is no ad network anywhere on this site. The companies listed above each receive it to do one job for us.

Cookies, and what is stored in your browser

This site sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because this site sets no cookies.
Nothing is written to local storage, session storage or any in-browser database.
There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no heatmap and no chat widget.
Your answers live in the page's memory while you are on it. Reload the page, or press "Start over," and they are gone from your browser.

One caveat on that last point, because it would be easy to misread. Reloading clears your browser, not our end. If you had already finished the tenth question, that text had already been sent to our server.

Security, plainly

What is true and checkable: the site is served over HTTPS. No file you pick is ever uploaded — a .txt is read inside your browser, and a PDF or Word file is not read at all. The site does not ask for a password, an API key or a login to any of your systems. There is no database to break into, because there isn't one.

What we are not going to tell you: which country your submission is processed in. The code sets no region, so we do not know, and we are not going to guess. If that matters to you, ask before you type anything in.

If a submission cannot go through

If the site cannot accept your submission, it offers to open your own email program with a message already written: your ten answers and the first 2,000 characters of your job description, addressed to jimmy@myfoundingpartner.com.

Nothing is sent until you press send in your own mail program. On that path the message travels through your email provider, not through us.

Email and calls from us

You get one confirmation email per submission, sent to the address you typed. It is a reply to your request.

When contact filing is switched on, your email address is also stored as a contact record in the marketing CRM named above, tagged onlyhire_lead and onlyhire_hire_plan. Those tags are how a submission gets found again; they are not a subscription. If anything other than a reply is ever sent to that record, it will be because you chose it, and every message will carry an unsubscribe link.

Nothing on this site calls you. There is no outbound calling in it. Any reply after the confirmation email comes from a person.

If the business changes hands

If OnlyHire is ever sold, or folded into another company, the records described on this page are part of what would move with it. This page would be updated to name who holds them.

Children

This is a site for people running a business. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and it gets deleted.

Your rights, and how to use them

We are a small business in the United States. Here is what we will do when you email and ask:

Tell you what we hold about you.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Delete it.

Deletion, concretely: the emails come out of the inbox, the contact record comes out of the CRM if one was made, and we stop using any of it. The one thing we cannot pull back is a log line once it has been written — our code writes it, the hosting platform holds it, and it ages out on their schedule rather than ours.

Include the email address you used, so we can find your submission. If the law where you live gives you rights over your information, this is the same address to use for them.

Changes to this page

The site changes, and this page changes with it. The date at the top is the date of the last change.

If who receives your information changes — a new provider, or one of the three switches being turned on — the change is described here, not just dated.
