How an early seat works
We are placing the first digital employees now, a few at a time. This page says exactly what that means: which jobs, which trades, what you get, what it costs in structure, and why the number of starts in a month is set by a person's reading time rather than by a sales target.
Which seats, and which trades
Six jobs, in two trades, and nothing else to begin with.
The six are the missed call, the estimate that went cold, the approval that stalled, the invoice that aged, the review nobody answered, and the renewal that lapsed. Each one has its own page: what it handles, the number it is measured on, what it never does, and the permissions it holds.
The two trades are home-services contractors and auto repair shops. They share the same six jobs, the same phone and scheduling systems, and the same rules about who may be contacted and when, which is the whole reason for starting with two rather than fifty.
If your trade is not one of those two, say so anyway. The roster on the front page is every industry we have mapped, and a plan from any of it is written by a person for your actual job. We would rather tell you honestly that your seat is not next than take the work and learn on you.
What you actually get
The same thing every seat gets, because there is only one standard and an early seat is not a different product.
- The job in writing before anything is built. What it handles, its hours, the systems it works inside, the one number you check on Friday, and the written list of what it never does.
- A Human Line that is enforced, not promised. The list you sign is enforced by withholding the permission, not by instructing the software. It cannot grant itself a permission, and nothing it reads or is told can switch one on.
- Two supervised weeks. It researches, drafts and proposes, with no ability to send. You approve every item. Sending starts on your written yes, and only inside the Standing Orders.
- A named person reading its work. Daily for the first two weeks, weekly after, with the authority to stop it.
- One page every Friday. What it handled, what it handed to a human, what changed, and what the review caught and corrected.
- The whole record at day 30. Every action it took, every item it handed to a person, every mistake found and fixed, and the signed list of what it never does. That record is yours, and it is the thing an early seat leaves you with that a later one will not: you will have watched the standard being built.
What it costs, in structure
A one-time placement fee for the hiring call, your Standing Orders and the wiring, then a flat monthly for the seat. The same figure every month, no metering.
Both are quoted in writing, for your actual job, before anything is built. No price on this site could be a quote for a job we have not scoped, so we do not print one.
Being early is not a discount and not a free trial. An early seat is paid for like any other, for a plain reason: a seat somebody is paying for is the only seat either of us will be honest about. The first 30 days are probation, on the same terms as every seat: replaced at our cost, or released.
Why starts are paced
A named person here reads every action of every new seat, daily, for its first two weeks. That reading is the thing that makes the first two weeks worth anything, and one person can only do it for so many seats at once.
So the calendar, not a sales target, sets how many seats can start in a month. When it is full, the next seat waits, and we tell you that on the call rather than after you have signed.
There is no countdown on this page and no number of places left. When we can start yours, we will say so; when we cannot, we will say that instead.
How it ends
Month to month. One email ends it, with no severance, no unemployment claim and no meeting.
The first 30 days are probation. If the seat is not doing the job, it is replaced at our cost or released, and you decide which.
Your logs are yours. What the seat did is on your Friday Reports and in the record you hold, and nothing about your seat is shown to anyone else without your written permission, ever, and never with a number that did not come from its own log.
What we are not claiming
This is a new venture and this page is written to be read in a year without embarrassment.
- We are not publishing a saving, an hours-back figure, a return on investment, or a performance number. A savings figure needs a before and an after measured the same way, and until one exists for your business we do not know it and will not guess it.
- There is no customer count, logo wall or testimonial on this site, because there is nothing honest to put there yet.
- The scorecard on each seat page is the format, not a score. It fills from your seat's own log, from week one.
- "Digital employee" is the name of a service, not of a person. It is an AI-enabled service supervised by a named person: not a person, not a licensed professional, and never a way to hide that a call or a message was automated. The terms say exactly that.
How to start
Pick the seat that matches the job nobody in your business is doing, and describe it: the six seats are on the front page, and the designer at the bottom of that page drafts a plan for any job you tell it about.
That gets you the seat in writing from a person here, then a quote, also in writing. It does not start anything.
Or skip the site: (346) 399-9996, or jimmy@myfoundingpartner.com. A person reads what arrives.
