Terms of Use

These terms cover using this website — reading it, browsing the roster of roles, and using the ten-question designer. They are not the agreement for placing a digital employee in your business, and nothing on this site is an offer you can accept.

What these terms cover

OnlyHire.ai is a trading name of My Founding Partner LLC, which does business as OnlyHire AI. That company is the “we” and “us” on this page.

My Founding Partner LLC · 2726 Bissonnet St. #240-533 · Houston, TX 77005

The agreement for placing a digital employee in your business is a separate document, signed by both sides. That is where the commercial terms live — what the role does, what it never does, what it costs, how it ends, and who is responsible for what. If anything on this page ever conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

Nothing on this website is an offer you can accept, and nothing on it forms an agreement to place a digital employee in your business. Not the roster. Not a price. Not the draft the designer writes for you. Not sending us your details. A working relationship starts when there is a signed agreement, and not before. These terms of use are the one part of the site that does bind: they cover how you use these pages, and nothing more.

By using the site you are agreeing to what is on this page. If you do not agree with it, do not use the site.

This page points you at the privacy policy several times. It is linked in the footer, at /privacy.

Who can use this site

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You are here for a business you own or work for, and you have the authority to talk about how that business runs.
  • This is a site for businesses. It is not built for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
  • If we have asked you to stop using the site, please stop.

We are not taking placements right now

As this page is written, OnlyHire is not taking placements, and the home page carries the line "We are not taking placements yet.". That line is switched by one thing: whether the site is currently wired up to deliver a submission by email. When that gets switched on, the line disappears on its own. Treat it as a fair signal rather than a formal answer — if it matters to your decision, call or email and ask.

While that line is up:

  • The designer still works. You can answer the questions and see a draft.
  • The form will refuse your submission and tell you so. When it does, it offers to open a pre-filled email in your own mail app. That email is composed in your browser and is sent only when you press send, from your own email account.
  • One thing to be straight about: by the time you see that message, the answers you typed have already been posted to our server once. That is how the draft on your screen got written. Nothing is emailed to us and your email address is deliberately not written down, but the text did leave your browser. The privacy policy says where it goes.
  • There is no waiting list. While that line is up there is nothing to join and nobody to notify when it changes. If you want to know, call or email — the number and the address are at the bottom of this page.

The roster is a catalog, not an inventory

The industry lists and the job cards are a roster of roles: jobs we would design a digital employee to do, written from research into each industry.

  • Nothing on that list is built and sitting on a shelf waiting to be switched on.
  • A role appearing there is not a statement that we have placed one, or that we will place one for you.
  • Some of those roles will not suit your business, and some we would talk you out of.
  • We add, change and remove entries. The list you saw last month may not be the list today.
  • If the job you need is not on the list, that is not a limit. It is a conversation.

If you pick a role from the roster instead of answering the questions, the card you get is that roster entry — it was not written for you, and nothing of yours is sent anywhere at that point. Everything below about the draft applies to that card too.

The designer writes a draft. That is all it is.

Answer the ten questions and the site writes you a draft role — a title, a pay range, a coverage line, a few duties, a goal, and the list of what stays with a human.

First, the part nobody expects: when you answer the tenth question, what you typed is posted to our server so the draft can be written. That happens before you are asked for a name or an email, and there is no tick-box in front of it. The privacy policy says where it goes from there.

Here is what that draft is, honestly:

  • It is written by software, from a few sentences you typed. That is either a set of rules built into the page, or an outside AI service — Anthropic, the company behind Claude. Which one wrote yours depends on how the site is set up at the moment you use it, and nothing on the screen tells you which. Either way, no person has read it when it appears.
  • It is a starting point for a conversation. Nothing more.
  • It is not professional advice. Not legal, tax, accounting, medical, employment or HR advice, and not a recommendation about anybody who works for you.
  • The pay range is one of three fixed ranges built into the software, picked from the words in your answers, roughly by how big the job sounds. It is not a calculation, and it is not a quote. Nobody has looked at it.
  • It is not a prediction about your money. It does not say what your revenue would be, what this would cost you, or what would change. Where it names a number, that is the number you told us you would check on a Friday — repeated back to you, not forecast.
  • It does not commit us to build anything, and it does not commit you to buy anything.
  • It can be wrong. Check anything you would act on.

One request, and we mean it: do not make a decision about a real person's job on the strength of a draft that software wrote from a few sentences.

Accuracy and changes

We write this site carefully and some of it will still be out of date or wrong. If something on the page matters to a decision you are making, ask us and get the answer in writing.

  • Prices shown on the site are the planned model. They are not a quote, they are not an offer, and they can change before anything is signed.
  • Where we quote a statistic about an industry, it is third-party research and the source is named beside it. It describes that industry. It is not a claim about your business and not a prediction about it.
  • Any numbers elsewhere on the site about the founder's earlier businesses are his own record. They are not evidence about what OnlyHire does — we have no results of our own to show you yet, and we will say so until we do.
  • We can change, move or take down any part of this site at any time, the roster and the designer included, without notice.
  • We can change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If you keep using the site after that, you are using it under the version that is up.

What belongs to whom

Ours: the writing on this site, the design, the industry roster and the role write-ups, and the ten questions. You are welcome to read it, print it and link to it. Ask us before republishing a chunk of it. Do not resell it, do not scrape it, and do not feed it to a model as training data.

Yours: everything you type. Pasting a job description does not hand us ownership of it. What you give us is permission to use it to write your draft, to talk with you about it, and to keep it in the email that carries it to us. Your contact details are also filed in our own records. The privacy policy is the full answer on where things go and what is kept — read that one too.

Two conditions on that. Send us only text you have the right to send; if someone else's information reaches us because you sent it, that sits with you rather than with us. And if you send us an idea or a suggestion about the site, we can use it without owing you anything for it.

One more, and it cuts against us: we do not treat what you send here as confidential, and sending it does not put either of us under an NDA. If something needs to be confidential, say so before you send it.

How to use the site, and how not to

Please do not put sensitive material into this site. Not patient records, not card numbers, not passwords or keys, not anything covered by health-privacy or payment rules. The site is not built to hold that. A submission is emailed to us, it creates a contact record in our own system, and while the draft is being written your answers and anything you pasted may go to an outside AI service. If you would mind it sitting in an inbox, in a contact record, and passing through a third party, do not put it here.

That covers the file picker too. It takes a plain .txt file and reads it in your browser to fill the paste box — the file itself is never uploaded anywhere. A PDF or a Word file is not read at all; the page asks you to paste the text instead.

This website never asks for a password, an API key or a login. There is no such field on it and nothing to log into. If a page claiming to be us asks you for one, it is not us. Giving a digital employee access to your phone system or your CRM happens later, in writing, under the signed agreement — never through a form here.

One of the ten questions asks who the role would hand work to, which invites a coworker's name and how to reach them. Give us that if you are comfortable handing us their details, and not otherwise.

Also, please do not:

  • scrape the site, or submit to it in bulk or by script
  • try to break it, overload it, probe it, or get around any limit on it
  • send anything illegal, or anyone's personal information you have no right to share
  • pretend to be someone else, or submit a business's details you have no authority over
  • use the site to build a copy of it

We can refuse a submission or block use of the site, and we do not have to explain why.

Links, and what the page loads from elsewhere

This site does not link out to anybody else's website. The only links that leave it go to our own phone number and our own email address, and those open your phone or your mail app.

If we add outside links later — a source we cite, for example — those sites are not ours. We do not control them and we do not check them, and what happens on them is between you and them.

The page does load its typeface from Google's font service, this page included, which means your browser talks to Google whenever a page here loads. The privacy policy explains what that involves.

Emails from us

When the form can accept a submission, sending one also sends a confirmation email about that plan to the address you typed. What happens to your address after that is in the privacy policy.

What we do not promise

This site is free to use and it comes as it is.

  • We do not promise it will be available, or that it will run without errors.
  • We do not promise the draft is accurate, complete or right for your business. See above — it is a draft.
  • We do not promise the roster, the descriptions or any figure on the page is current.
  • We do not promise the site is proof against every attack. Send accordingly.
  • Beyond that, we are not giving you a warranty about this website. Where the law gives you rights that cannot be signed away, you keep them — nothing here takes them off you.

One clarification, because it matters. The disclosure commitment in our footer — what a placed digital employee says at the start of a call — describes employees we place under a signed agreement. It is about that work, not about this website.

If something goes wrong

First, tell us. Email or call and say what happened. We would rather fix something than argue about it.

Using this site costs you nothing, so there is a limit to what we can fairly be on the hook for here.

  • If using this website causes you a loss, our responsibility is limited to what you paid us to use it, which is nothing.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses — lost business, lost profit, lost data, time spent, or a decision made off a draft the software wrote.
  • Responsibility for actual placed work sits in the separate written agreement. That is the document where liability gets negotiated, and it is the right place for it.
  • If part of this page turns out not to hold up, the rest of it still does.
  • Some places do not allow limits like these. Where that is true, these apply as far as the law allows and no further.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If a dispute about this website cannot be sorted out directly, it goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Harris County, Texas, and both sides agree those courts can hear it.

There is no arbitration clause here and no waiver of your right to bring a claim as part of a group. If that ever changes, it will be written on this page before it applies to you.

Nothing in this paragraph takes away a right your own state's law gives you and does not let you sign away.
