What these terms cover

OnlyHire.ai is a trading name of My Founding Partner LLC (doing business as OnlyHire AI), the “we” on this page. 2726 Bissonnet St. #240-533 · Houston, TX 77005.

• Placing a digital employee or secretary takes a separate agreement signed by both sides. If this page conflicts with it, the signed agreement wins.
• Nothing on this site is an offer or forms an agreement: not the roster, a price, a draft, or sending us your details.
• These terms do bind your use of these pages. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
• The privacy policy covers what happens to what you type.

What a digital employee is, and is not

Digital employee and digital secretary name a service, not a person: software holding one written job, inside permissions you set in writing, with a named person reading its work.

• It is not a person, and it says so in its first sentence, every time.
• It is not anyone's employee. Placing one creates no employment; “hire”, “salary”, “probation” and “release” are plain words for a service and its fee.
• It is not a licensed professional and never decides legal, medical, accounting, tax, insurance or financial matters. It prepares, routes, reminds and logs.
• Its supervisor is a human named in your agreement, with the authority to stop it.

Who can use this site

• You are 18 or older.
• You are here for a business you own or work for, with authority to discuss it, or for your own household.
• We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
• If we ask you to stop using the site, stop.

The roster is a catalog, not an inventory

• Nothing on it is built and waiting to be switched on.
• A listed role is not a statement that we have placed one, or will place one for you.
• We add, change and remove entries.
• A roster card you pick was not written for you, and picking it sends nothing.

The designer writes a draft. That is all it is.

Answering the tenth question posts what you typed to our server to write the draft, before we ask your name, with no tick-box first. The privacy policy says where it goes.

• Software writes the draft: rules built into the page, or Anthropic's Claude, which the note under the questions names when in use. No person has read it when it appears.
• It is a starting point, not professional advice of any kind, including about your health, money, a child or a parent's care.
• It shows no price and predicts nothing about your money. A number in it is the one you told us you would check.
• It commits neither of us to anything, and it can be wrong.

Please don't make a decision about a real person's job on a draft that software wrote.

Accuracy and changes

Some of this site will be out of date or wrong. If it matters to a decision, ask us and get the answer in writing.

• Published prices are starting points, not offers. Your figure comes from a person, in writing, and is not an offer until we both sign.
• Statistics are third-party research, sourced beside the figure. They describe an industry in general, not your business or anything we placed.
• Figures about the founder's earlier businesses are his record, not evidence about OnlyHire.
• We can change or remove any part of the site, or these terms, at any time. Using the site after the date at the top means the current version applies.

What belongs to whom

• Ours: the writing, design, roster and questions. Read, print and link freely; ask before republishing, and don't resell, scrape or train a model on it.
• Yours: everything you type. You let us use it to write your draft, talk with you, and keep it in our records.
• Send only text you have the right to send. Ideas you send us about the site, we may use without owing you anything.
• What you send is not confidential and creates no NDA. If something must be confidential, say so first.

How to use the site, and how not to

• Don't enter sensitive material: patient records, card numbers, passwords or keys, diagnoses, medications, a child's details, account numbers. Submissions sit in an inbox and a CRM and may pass through an AI service.
• The file picker reads a plain .txt in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
• This site never asks for a password, key or login. A page that does is not us. System access happens later, in writing, under the signed agreement.
• Share a coworker's or family member's details only if you're comfortable doing so.

Don't scrape, bulk-submit, probe, overload or copy the site, send anything illegal or data you have no right to, or impersonate anyone. We can refuse a submission or block use without explanation.

Links and outside services

The only outbound links are our phone and email. If we add outside links later, those sites aren't ours. Every page loads its typefaces from Google; the privacy policy explains what that involves.

Emails from us

A submission sends one confirmation email to the address you typed. The privacy policy covers the rest.

What we do not promise

The site is free and comes as it is. We don't promise it is available, error-free, current, accurate, or proof against every attack. Rights the law won't let you sign away, you keep.

The footer's disclosure commitment covers the hires we place under a signed agreement, not this website.

If something goes wrong

Tell us first; we'd rather fix it than argue.

• Our liability for this free site is limited to what you paid to use it: nothing.
• We are not liable for indirect losses: lost business, profit, data or time, or a decision made on a draft.
• Liability for placed work sits in the separate written agreement.
• If part of this page fails, the rest stands. Where the law doesn't allow these limits, they apply as far as it does.

Governing law and disputes

• Texas law governs, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
• Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas, and both sides accept them.
• No arbitration clause and no class-action waiver. If that changes, this page will say so before it applies to you.
• Nothing here removes a right your own state's law won't let you waive.
