What OnlyHire is

We don't sell software. We work for the employer.

We fill one seat with a digital employee and put the whole job in writing. We pick the tools and do the wiring.

Every seat comes with:

• The job in writing, with the one number it is measured on.
• A Human Line it cannot cross, because the permission is never granted.
• A named person reading its work: daily for two weeks, then weekly, with a Friday Report.
• A 30-day probation, and one email to end it.

You supply your prices, your hours, your common questions, and access to the systems your phone and jobs use.

We build six seats first, for home-services contractors and auto repair shops: missed calls, estimate follow-up, approval follow-up, receivables, review responses, and renewals.

The same agency places digital secretaries for a person's life: school forms, refills, trips, a parent's appointments. Same reviewer and disclosure. It never diagnoses, advises, spends, or decides about a child.

Prices are quoted in writing for your job; How it works shows where they start.

Seats start a few at a time, because a named person here reads every action of each new one, daily, for two weeks.

Who runs it

Jimmy, a civil engineer by training, has run his own businesses for about eight years.

The first sold oak-barrel furniture off a truck at trade shows, until COVID closed the shows. He paid an agency $10,000 to fix that and got $300 in sales back.

Today he runs a multi-seven-figure e-commerce store on about 47 automations, with suppliers in Spain and Germany, in under 20 hours a week. He is an operator, not an AI researcher.

That store is a different business. None of its numbers are evidence about what a digital employee would do in yours.

What we won't claim

No logo wall, testimonial or customer count. No number for what a digital employee adds to your revenue or saves you. Any result we show will carry a client's name and a date range.

The line we don't move

Every digital employee and digital secretary we place says it's an AI assistant in its first sentence, every time.

The same goes for this site: the designer's role preview is drafted by software. What you type reaches our server after the last question, before we ask your name.

Ask any vendor, us included

Get each answer in writing:

• The full cost before anything is built, monthly and one-time.
• Who reads its work, how often, and what you see.
• Who answers for a mistake, and who pays for it.
• How you end it, and what you take with you.
• Whether you would have to arbitrate.
• What it is not allowed to do, as a list you can sign.
