About OnlyHire.ai — we are new, and here is who is behind it

We're new, and you should price that in

OnlyHire is new. You'd be one of the first businesses we place a digital employee into, and you should price that in.

We say the same thing on the front page. It isn't modesty. It's the one fact that should change how carefully you read the rest of this site.

What OnlyHire is

We don't sell software. We work for the employer.

A digital employee here is hired for one seat and holds that one job: the 6pm calls, the reviews, the invoices nobody is chasing. We pick the tools and do the wiring.

That isn't the same as it costing you nothing. You supply your prices, your hours and on-call rules, your most common questions, and access to whatever your phone and your jobs run through. The front page says how much of your time that takes.

The roster is on the front page. So is what it costs: a monthly figure and a one-time one.

Who runs it

OnlyHire.ai is a new venture from My Founding Partner. That's the name at the bottom of this page, and it's whose address you're writing to when you email us.

It's run by Jimmy, a civil engineer by training who has spent about eight years running his own businesses, most recently an e-commerce operation he still runs. He is an operator.

That's a different business in a different line of work, and it isn't evidence about what a digital employee would do in yours.

What we won't claim

What we won't do is show you somebody else's numbers and imply they're yours. When we have results, they'll have a client's name on them and a date range.

No logo wall, no case study, no testimonial, no customer count. And no number about what a digital employee does to your revenue. We don't know it, and we won't guess it.

The line we don't move

Every digital employee we place says it's an AI in the first sentence, every time.

The same rule should cover this website, so: the role preview the front-page designer shows you is drafted by software, not written by hand. And what you type into it reaches our server when you answer the last question — before we ask for your name. Don't put anything in there you wouldn't email us.

What to ask any vendor in this category, us included

Don't take a web page's word for any of it — this one included. Ask, and make the answer arrive in writing:

What the whole thing costs before anything gets built: the monthly figure and anything one-time.
Who reads the digital employee's work, how often, and what you get to see.
What happens when it gets something wrong: who calls the customer, who pays for it, and whether that's written down anywhere.
How you end it, how much notice you owe, and what you take with you.
Whether you'd have to arbitrate, and whether they made you agree to that before you'd read it.
What it is not allowed to do, as a list you can read and sign.
