What a hire costs, what you get, and what we sign.
AI employees built for specific jobs in your industry. The three ways a human hire costs you, the report a named person sends every Friday, the two ways to apply this in your business, and the seven commitments you sign. Nothing on this page asks you for anything.
← Back to the rosterThe three ways a human hire costs you, and none of them exist here.
Weeks to fill the seat, thousands to fill it, and hires that are gone in months.
InsteadLive in about seven business days, once we're taking placements. No posting, no interviews, no signing bonus.
The management tax: scheduling, cover when someone is out, retraining, and the check-ins.
InsteadIt works the hours you set, follows the rules you wrote, and never asks for a raise.
Legal exposure, unemployment claims, severance, and a bad seat kept a year too long.
InsteadOne email ends it. No severance, no claim, no meeting.
Gallup measured global employee engagement at 20% in 2025, its lowest since 2020 — and puts the cost of low engagement at $10 trillion in lost productivity, about 9% of global GDP.Gallup · State of the Global Workplace 2026
Every Friday, in writing.
A named person here reads the employee’s work and sends you one page: what it handled, what it handed to a human, and what changed. Two minutes to read. Jimmy signs it.
The “handed to a human” line is on every report because that is the honest number. A report that never has one isn’t being read.
- Handled
- After-hours calls answered on your rules; the jobs the calendar allowed, booked.Morning list texted each day.
- Handed to a human
- An upset caller and a price question, both paged to Trish by name.Counted on this line, every week.
- Changed
- New common questions added to the Standing Orders, with your approval.
- Read by
- Jimmy. Daily for the first two weeks, weekly after.
Two applications in your business.
Add. Start with the work nobody's doing.
After-hours answering, missed-call text-back, review response, recall lists, inbox triage. Zero displacement, and you can listen before you sign.
Then the seats where pay outruns the skill.
Data entry, scheduling, tier-one status calls, basic books. Replaced on attrition or by your decision, never by a layoff. The person goes only higher. We never start here — we don't put a digital employee in a seat someone already sits in, and we say so on the call.
Everything is in writing before anything is built.
-
It never pretends to be a person.
It says it's an AI assistant, not a person, in its first sentence. On a call it adds that the line is recorded. In writing it is in the signature. Ask for a human and it hands you to one, free.
-
Nothing reaches your customer until you say so.
It starts with no ability to send. For the first two weeks it researches, drafts and proposes, and you approve or edit every item before anything goes out. Sending is switched on in writing, by you, after those two weeks. Silence is never taken as approval.
-
A named person reads its work.
Jimmy, daily for the first two weeks and weekly after, with a Friday Report: what it handled, what it handed to a human, what changed.
-
What it may not do, it cannot do.
You sign a written list of what it never does, and then the list is enforced by taking the permission away, not by telling it no. An instruction can be talked around. A tool it does not have cannot be. Outside the list it pages your person by name and says a human is coming.
-
What it reads is never an instruction.
Web pages, documents and replies are material to work from, never orders to follow. If something it reads contains text aimed at it, telling it to send, to change a rule or to skip a check, it stops, quotes that text to a human, and waits.
-
Two days of your time, then a supervised start.
Your hours and on-call rules, your twenty most common questions, and the list of what stays human. About seven business days on us to build it. Then the two supervised weeks above, before it sends anything on its own.
-
You can end it in one email.
Month to month, no exit fee, and your call logs are yours. The first 30 days are probation: we replace it at our cost, or you release it.
What it costs. A flat monthly salary per hire, by role and workload. The same figure every month, no metering. Plus a one-time placement fee for the hiring call, your Standing Orders and the wiring. We quote both in writing, for your actual job, before anything is built. No price on this page could be a quote, so we don't print one.
If your work is covered by health, legal or financial privacy rules, ask us how that is handled before you type anything about a patient or a client into this site. The terms say it plainly and it is worth repeating here: this site is not built to hold that. Describe the job that needs doing, not the person it is for, and put that question to us on the call.
We're new, and you should price that in. No customers to show you yet, no case study, and the liability terms live in the agreement — ask before you sign, not after. OnlyHire.ai is a new venture from My Founding Partner.
Your next hire might not need to be a hire.
Describing the job gets you a written plan and a quote from a person here. It does not start anything. We are not taking placements yet, so what you would be deciding is whether to be one of the first.
